One idea I had would be to standardize cut conditions for each material. Laser ops should work together and find the best cut conditions for each of the "common" materials we cut at Preferred and then maybe having to center before every other sheet/easier labeling of nozzles so the wrong nozzle won't get used. I'm not sure if this is somewhat being done already, I'm just going off common mistakes the laser ops have told me that lead to welded sheets/bad cut quality. 

This will help eliminate waste from sort cleaning parts and more value add for us as the customer is not paying for us to clean parts.
